Welcome to Reading Rampage!
Reading Rampage is an amazing opportunity to take part in a reading challenge especially designed for secondary students in Year 7 and 8, aimed at boosting reading miles and creating a buzz around reading in your school.
The project runs from January to June 2022 and aims to inspire and motivate students to be active and enthusiastic readers who read by choice, for pleasure. Along the way, we will be introducing 12 great books and their amazing authors. Resources and challenges created by our team help to support Reading Rampage in your school. ‘Virtual’ live online school sessions with this year’s shortlisted authors help students to engage with the books and their authors on a different level.
The book judged to be most borrowed/read and the book judged to be the most highly rated by participating students will announced at a special online awards event in June 2022.
